We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location and the urgency of your order. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that shipping times may vary based on factors such as order volume, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

      • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States.
      • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping destination.
      • Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent deliveries, typically takes 1 business day for delivery within the United States.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping fee will be calculated during checkout and added to your order total before you finalize the purchase. We offer various shipping options, and you will have the ability to select the shipping method that best suits your needs.

      • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. This offer is subject to change at any time.
      • International Shipping: At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. Please check back for updates on international shipping options.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. However, we do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.

6. Delivery Issues

      • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the customer’s responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier immediately to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered.

      • Undeliverable Addresses: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing the checkout process.

7. Signature on Delivery

For higher-value items or at our discretion, a signature upon delivery may be required. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice for you to reschedule the delivery or pick it up at a local facility.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and provide a return shipping label at no extra cost. Please retain the original packaging and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we can only ship orders to one address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

10. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
